Thanksgiving St Catherine's Island

The family is going down to the coast for Thanksgiving and I'm planning on bringing the boat. Whats the fishing like in late November?
Any advice for an inshore saltwater newbie? I assume you can get something to bite on a live shrimp under a popping cork.
We'll be putting in at the Halfmoon Marina. Thanks!

I am not familiar with the area, but the inshore basics will work. I am a fan of the popping cork, but most guys are opting for different presentations right now. paddle tails and vudu shrimp fished on bottom or with a steady retrieve for trout, reds, and flounder. If you can get on pilings the sheepshead are on fire. Fiddlers fished up against the pilings can load the boat if you know what you are doing.
