the "Old Style" Jon Boats

Once upon a time (about 40 years ago), we owned a 15.5 foot lightweight Sears-Roebuck Jon boat. I think the maximum horsepower it could handle was about a 10/15 HP motor. It was light but could transport 4 adults safely.
Does anyone make something like that today, or are they all the heavies, rated for up to 30/35 HP???

There's several out there simular to what your talking about. Landeau is the brand name that comes to mind first. Lowes makes them too. Most of them are the 32" bottom width boats, maybe the 14fters.

I think mine is an old sears jon boat. It is a 14 feet V-hull. Going to be selling it soon once I find a upgrade in my price range. Which may not happen....
