Yep, I'm way too lazy. And know absolutely nothing about running a restaurant anyway. The food is the least part of it.

Plus cook'n at home...they have to eat what you cook or do it their selves, not you have'n to cook to what ever whim they're on.

I like to come home and cook to relieve stress after a day at work. That wouldn't work if you cooked at work.
