Thursday dinner anybody besides me?

Heading out to visit our oldest in Phoenix tomorrow evening so in addition to grilling a couple chicken breast I'm cleaning out the fridge. Rice, green beans, mixed vegetables, corn on the cob niblets, baked potato, chicken breast covered in hot sauce, and tequila shots with 8 to 10 drops of hot sauce added. What can I say I like hot sauce but it's the wimpy kind.

Took some inspiration from @ryork with his dinner a night or two ago and pulled a pack of smoked pork out of the freezer.

I couldn't find broken down wings, but did find em whole.

Made me some with Frank's and made the kids some honey flavored sweet baby Ray's. Raining too bad for the grill, but the oven worked well. Also dripped them some fries in the air fryer.

And yeah it's time for some thrusday night football! Come on Chargers...altho it's hard not to pull for Mahomes to get it back together.

no pics… wife’s back. We made her eyetalian last night. Lasagna… so, leftovers tonight.

also, her coworker does the Christmas tamale thing with family, and brought us several. so, the boy ate half of those. They’re spicy, so mrs won’t. He’ll have the remaining ones for breakfast tomorrow.
