Tomorrow December 7 is Pearl Harbor Day. Tora Tora Tora is a great movie to watch in rememberance of this day.

I saw it the first time in the Mount Vernon high school auditorium. It cost us students a dime to get in to see it. Good movie and quite graphic for the times.

Would you believe that the first "movie" on was this morning was "Patton" then the docu. of "Tora, Tora, Tora" not even the real movie. At least TCM got on the ball at 1:15. Starting with "December 7th" followed by "Air Force" (one of John Ridgely"s best) then one of my favorites... "Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo". And that's all the mention made about it.

I'd just like to take this time to salute and give thanks to the Greatest Generation, their families, and all that followed in their foot steps.

Yeah, like I said, the closest they got was a docu. and "Air Force". I guess it just TOO non-pc to show it any more.
