Trilogy Hunt Club: Membership Opening

Purchased in 2021, this 450-acre property known as "The River Farm" is taking limited memberships for the 2024-2025 hunting season. This tract, which sits alongside the Ohio River in Crittenden County, Kentucky, is turnkey and ready to hunt. Crittenden County, Kentucky is famous for trophy bucks and one of Western Kentucky's leading Boone and Crocket counties. Established deer/turkey/duck plots along with trail camera access, pre-set deer stands, brushed duck blinds and lodging (Two-Story 4 bedrooms/3bath home), are all provided with membership.

What sets us apart? Our property is set up by hunters for hunters; however, we are not a guiding operation. Hunting opportunities are available to our clients throughout the year. You hunt at your convenience as your time allows. With us it’s more than a one-time hunt.

Membership fee(s): Each package below requires a deposit, which is half the total amount for each package and due by April 12th with remainder by September 1st. We have a quota of 4 Deer Hunters and 3 Turkey Hunters to control pressure and preserve the quality of the hunting experience.

  • Deer Only Membership: (4 Total Spots) 3 Spots Available = $5,500 annually per member.
    • Add-on Turkey Membership: 2 Slots Available = $6,250 annually per member.
    • Add-on Duck Membership: 3 Slots Available = $6,500 annually per member.
    • Add-on Duck and Turkey membership: 2 Slots Available = $7,000 annually per member.
Guest(s) Policy:

A member is allowed to bring immediate family (i.e. children and wife) as room allows without extra costs.

For Guest(s) outside immediate family. A member may bring guest(s) outside their immediate family, as room allows, for a $150 daily fee. Guest outside of immediate family is only allowed for Duck Hunting Memberships. Fees must be received prior to guest arrival. Again, not an option for deer and turkey memberships.

Management Practices:

Deer: Archery/Crossbow only. One buck per member. A member can extend their buck to a family member or guest at no cost; a $3,000 fee applies to any additional buck. Only one guest may accompany a member onto the property. Trophy fees do not apply; however, Trilogy operates with the goal to grow mature bucks. Therefore, we strongly encourage each member to harvest deer aged 4.5 years or older. We encourage doe harvest per Kentucky statewide regulations, which allows each hunter to take three antlerless deer in addition to their one buck.

Duck: We offer 2-3 separate blind sites with 50-60 acres of water. Blinds are in place and brushed for you. We plant a variety of millets, grains and corn in these plots to attract and hold ducks. Only one guest may accompany a member onto property as room allows.

Turkey: Only one allowed per member. No guest outside immediate family allowed during Turkey season.

Other game: Kentucky daily bag limit applies to all other game. Guest(s) occupancy for all other game is dictated by member attendance.

6 Total Memberships, 5 slots open.

I want to emphasize that were not a guide service. Were looking for the right fit here in hunters who can call their own ducks and determine which wind is best to hunt deer. I mean, being a good dude in camp doesn't hurt either! :)

With 3 deer memberships that's a good hunter to land ratio, you're right, wind and pressure is the killer to a great place to hunt.

Where does the duck hunting take place? If you’re trying to hunt deer and the duck hunters are blasting and going in and out that could be a problem.
