How does a blind in a platform stand hold up to wind?

I haven't done one yet and that is my major concern. I did use a Chameleon blind over the an Ameristep roof for the last couple of seasons over a tripod I have and it has held up good; however, the Ameristep roof keeps holding rain like a bladder and everytime I go into the stand I have to drain it before I can hunt which is a hassle. I could always sit it up and tear it down after the hunt and not leave it up but that too is kind of a hassle. I will most likely do it to one of the stands I purchased and just see how it goes.

As for wind if you look close at my picture you will see a ratchet strap pulling straight down from the center of the floor to a large screw in the ground for a dog that I got in Walmart for less than 5$. Works great.

As for the roof I replaced the cloth with two aluminum sheets.
