You got to give it to him, he isn’t afraid to poke ANY hornets nest in all things bad for the U.S.

If you read the case that started all of this foolishness, it was about a child born in the US to parents who were legally here, had been here for years and thereby subject to the jurisdiction of the US. These kids born to illegals do not meet even that criteria.

The child belongs to the mother and therefore has the mother's nationality at time of birth. Location of birth is irrelevant. If the mother is a sought by her country for murder we extradite her because she is subject to the jurisdiction of her country of citizenship. The child goes with her back to her country.

Just because someone has lived here for years doesn't mean they can't be deported [ I would think]. Therefore, their kids should still be considered citizens of the mother's home country.
