I own 81 acres that are full of turkeys. Also includes hogs or anything else that's legal to take. The property is a mix of 25 acres pine plantation, Bottomland with extremely large oaks and natural water and a mix of hard and softwood timber.
Food plots are planted with chufa and millet.
I am strictly a deer hunter.
Lease period will be from January 15, 2018 til the last day of turkey season. I would like to have access to the property to continue to knock down the raccoon population.
This is an exclusive lease. The lessor will need to be present during any hunts and members of his party will need to be identified before finalization of the lease contract.
A prescribed burn will need to occur this year, if possible, in pine plantation only.
