Just for discussion sake, what’s the price you’ve paid for turkey hunting only?
Guess it’s been a while but I just saw leases going for $4 an acre and one with 3 properties totaling a little over 300ac for about $6 an acre!! I paid anywhere from .85-1.25 per acre, lol. The $1.25 was a 300ac lease.
Didn’t realize they had jumped in price that much, especially when there’s WMA’s all around that hold birds.
