T'was the nite before

Twas the nite before gun season and all through the house.
Every hunter was busy getting ready as their wife was calling them a louse.
As Jimmy, Lonnie and Billie Bob got ready to go
They wonder what would happen if the went without a cup of Jo..

As they snuggled in their beds
Their thoughts of the "Muy Grande" roamed in their heads.
They prayed and prayed that the weather would hold
Hoping the hunting gods would let it be cold.

They woke the next morning, springing from their beds..
Only to find that their battery was dead.
So they looked at the wifes car to see if it would run
Then ran to the truck to gather the guns.

They raced to the woods and what did they see?
That they were alittle to late .... 'cuz
The one who shot " Muy Grande" was little ol' me!!

Here I am at work with piles of "stuff" to do but not a single thought on work!

Guns are clean & ready, coolers full of good stuff & one big empty cooler w/ ice waiting for "Muy Grande", camos cleaned & smelling like dirt & pines, 4wheeler gassed & ready, trailer packed w/ it all. Just need to get out of here & hook it up to the truck & get there!
