No gobbles this morning where I have been hunting. Did have one come in silent with 4-5 hens. They never got within range tho. According to the radar the rain is about here and I didn't want to get wet.

I did not enjoy the mountain roads. Particularly given they do not like guard rails. Take a turn, n stare down 4000 foot of rocky canyon. I drove 15 mph under the limit while out there.

I killed two jokes yesterday, didn’t really plan to a jake, but it was a pretty wild Morning and the came in running wide open and all I saw was two red heads for about 2 seconds, they disappeared and showed back up right at 30 yards. I’ve never gotten a double before, and I also called them in with the call I made. As much as I am anti shooting jakes, given the situation I can’t say I regret it
