I would never give my worst enemy an Obama. OABA is what we give new members that go through rigorous background checks and display the ability to be a Billy, and it dont hurt to be useless, in fact it is pretty much required. Guth has been a shining example to us the last few days. Was he worried that other contractors were waiting on him to finish his work on the house, was he concerned with the customer's budget? No, he was out calling turkeys on posted land and the season is not even open. That makes me want to start a new Award.
