Gave my old jeep all sorts of heck during that blizzard. Was coon hunting when the snow started falling. Lost the dogs and was out in that mess all dang night looking for them. Thundering and lightening and white out snowing all at the same time. It was unreal

I was 13. Lucky for me I was down in south forsyth (shakerag)for spring break from blairsville. There were 4 ft snow drifts down there. Dad was out of power for 2 1/2 weeks and had to dig his wood pile out...thaw snow for water ,ect....little iron fisher got em through it. Still uses it for heat.
