There was also the guy who appeared in one of the chapters of "The Accident" about a guy from Cairo. He was the one of the people on the Bullet ride, that Billy was running at the county fair one year. Billy got into a crap game behind the "Hit the Bowling Pin" tent and forgot about the Bullet ride and left them people in there for over 3 hours. None of them were never quite right after that. The one from Cairo walked around years down there never saying nothing. Then all of a sudden he would Holler, "Shut it Down".
