Visible bone antler above the hair line right ?

Looks like some of my Dekalb bucks are dropping bone early. Seeing I'm on doe patrol, it sure would be easy to smack a little buck masquerading as a doe. I'm not implementing any kind of QDM and never have. Just making sure I'm Legal ? Am I ?

I can tell a mature buck from a spike thats shed. No way I'm shooting him but the spike now ????

That BFO supposed to get em to the bottom of the tree...so then you should be able to look very closely and see for sure

I do but mistakes can be made right at the end of shooting light. They’re educated now, that’s when they show up. I can see the spikes on a spike but I could miss bare pedicles ?
