Water Finds

You can't judge a book by its cover. Here are two Arredondo points I found in Sumter County, GA. Both were found in Chokee Creek in the water. It's obvious one point had been there for a long time, but the other point was a water find as well and found in the middle of the creek. It just goes to show that we never really know where a point has been all this time.

I've found a few around here in creeks, but they are usually a lot more water worn like they have tumbled over time. My best spot borders a river in sandy soil and they always look pristine with no wear.
