Watermill Creek Haralson County

Anyone know where the public access is for watermill creek? I know GON stocks it ever so often but can’t find anything else.

I been there twice, once a few days after the stocking truck, no fish. Once the day of stocking and you had to bring your own rock!!!
Very short section of public access.

I think it is at Bridge on Hutcheson RD.
