Looks like a shiabura Japanese made chain drive rototiller.

They any good? I did a search and couldn't find any similar looking with that name. One guy told me he thought it was an old land pride

A ton of those tractor implements are built in Italy, Spain, and Japan then they're rebranded by hundreds of companies. Are you planning on buying it? If so check the availability of parts

We had no issues using ours for plot work until we needed parts, when we had bearings go out they had to be machined as they were not available any longer. I may have shiabura confused with hiromoto.

I see a PTO hook up and a gearbox. Where is the chain.

Cross threading is better than two lock washers.
