What tree is this

This tree is a beautiful yellow in the fall,

I thought it might be a Ginko but didnt know. Are they native? I would like to plant as they are really pretty in the fall,

They were native to North America a few million years ago, but nowadays they only grow naturally in China. :)

The females can be messy with fruits that don't smell so great, but they are a nice tree, and a living fossil.

Where'd you take the picture? It kinda looks like a golden globe ginko, if so they come from one place in Crawford co and that's it.

It is in Union City, Saw it on a call and went back the next morning to take pics. It is beautiful tree. I think Im going to buy a few seedlings to put around.
