When to plant & seeding rate?

I am planting a mix of buck forage oats, winter wheat & crimson clover in a 1/4 acre plot. Was wanting to get your recommendations on seeding rate & an idea of when you guys typically plant a plot similar to this one. Thanks

We are located in Dodge County and we will try and get the seed in the ground the first week in September if the rains are still around, otherwise we will wait on the rain and try to plant sometime in September. I know a lot of people hold off to October but we would rather hunt then plant food plots during that time. We will generally plant 50 pounds of wheat and 50 pounds of clover per acre. We will over seed clover ( a blend of crimson, alyce and arrowleaf) to the tune of about 25 pounds per acre plus we will throw in about 25 pounds of a rape/turnip mix. We know the alyce will be gone after the first frost but that gets going quickly and grows well and the way the weathers been will get us through November. Once it dies off the rape/turnips will start to sweeten up and the deer will start hitting that plus the wheat and oats.
