Where can I run my beagles???????????

I know its a long shot but does anybody know of a good sized running pen where I could take my dogs to get them on a rabbit again (or anywhere with some rabbits for that matter)? Ive got a great place right here behind the house but its all swamp and with the recent rain/storms its pretty much all 6"-12" under water. I havent been able to run them in awhile and me & the dogs are having withdrawls
