Guy loves eggs !

Half-raw eggs "properly cooked by a professionally trained chef" though. Yuck!!!

that's about it there! i'd like to try that some time. and yeah, with the salt being on the outside, it's not salty. will have to check into it a bit. especially the amount of salt, and type, required.

If you can't find a decent recipe, let me know.
All I need is the weight of the roast.

I haven't done one since I moved. It's overdue.

One thing is a little egg wash to "seal" up the little igloo. That will hold it together while cooking. And, no worries about the egg turning funky looking. You are throwing all that away.

Just go buy your eye. Can under do it.
More salt won't hurt a thing. Nothing to it.
