I like my duck commander call. It was cheap. If I hear them coming from a ways away, I give em a squeal. It may not put them in the dekes every time, but they will at least come and look...

It is a classic.

I bought a clear haydel but never got it to sound right.

Been using that same one, Primos Wood Duck Classic, works great for me, did have to adjust the O-rings. It's about $18.00 plus tax at Bass pro

I've really liked my Duck Commander. One of my hunting buddies bought the plastic Primos call and it tore up the first day he brought it out. I've blown a number of wood duck calls and a lot of them require so much air to blow through them that it's tough to get the highs and lows for a novice caller. My DC is easy to blow and sounds like the South Georgia woodies we've whacked.
