I bought a standing rib roast back before Christmas when it was on sale at the publix, I cut half of it into steaks for Christmas supper at the huntin property and save the rest in the freezer, Well I had a hankerin for a good Mississippi roast so the remaining half went in the crock pot this morn and will be done round 7, Is it a sin to cook a standing rib miss roast?

I would probably avoid thundery clouds for a few days.

Me personally, I wouldn't put a rib roast in the slow cooker.
