Blackened flathead on the Blackstone!

Grabbed some flathead filets out of the freezer and hit them on the Blackstone last night. Seasoned them with some Redfish Magic and hit them on a butter and oil mixture. Had to do some chicken for the wife. On the side we went with cheese grits topped with a lemon butter sauce. It was on point!
