Absolutely watch too much of it. I watch enough of it to understand that walk on quarterbacks who have lead the junior college ranks in interceptions are not ideal if you are serious about winning a SEC Title let alone a natty.


Stetson Bennett is a STUD all things considered. What he has accomplished at UGA is beyond imagination. That it has happened at all is a big problem for a program who is supposed to be in the hunt for a national title. Anyone who discounts those concerns knows nothing about modern CFB. Here is a hint....Oklahoma has had 2 heisman winners at QB and currently has 3 former QBS starting on Sunday. They have NEVER won a playoff game. Ohio State has a couple of former QBs in the league. Clemson does as well and everyone knows about Alabama QBS and the NFL. Georgia has Stetson Bennett and is going to win it all LOL.....

Why is it that any kind of criticism of a CFB coach making millions is akin to wanting to see that coach fired. If anyone is mistaken with the notion that CKS is satisfied with the QB situation at UGA you would be so far off the mark as to be skeery.....it is not in the nature of competitive people to be satisfied and Smart is a competitor. I would bet he is not remotely satisfied with the QB situation at UGA since 2017. Even more to the point I would bet nary a one of the players involved are happy with their efforts. They are competitors also...and know that they can improve if they work hard enough. If they are satisfied the issue is far worse than it appears.....

And as abyssmal as South Carolina is right now, it wouldn't surprise me to see him sit another week. It's not necessarily because he is soft or injury prone, it is because it's the intelligent thing to do when a guy isn't 100% and your opponent is a nobody. (No offense to SC fans, but you know what I'm saying).

The other missed games are ACL tear. You think that makes him weak? Zamir White tore BOTH of his ACL's and has missed a ton of time. Is he weak too?

Bennett is the best QB in Athens and would not be on the roster anywhere else in the SEC not in Tennessee. We will look like world beaters against most of the schedule because it is a cake walk but we ain't winning a SEC title let alone a natty with the current QBs in Athens.

With now the kid played Saturday, and how he played most of the 2020 season, Bennet would probably start at :

Vanderbilt
South Carolina
Miss St
Kentucky
Auburn possibly

Bennett is AMAZING considering what he is....he may well be the best to ever play the game with his physical traits and abilities. It is nearly impossible to believe that he has accomplished as much as he has at UGA....but he ain't a starter for any SEC school. If he were someone in the SEC would have offered him out of high school or out of JUCO. Buck Belue won a national title at UGA and only completed one solitary pass in the game that sealed the deal. Buck Belue's ain't starting at a SEC school in 2021 and they havent for a while. Bennet is a DGD and his is an amazing story....but its a story that should have never come to pass at UGA given the resources at UGA. If anyone is delusional enough to think Kirby Smart ain't aware of this you are simply refusing to accept logic because the emotional high of watching a Kid play way above his head for a couple of games only to come crashing to reality with the first defense with a pulse is on the field is more satisfying. Stetson Bennett starting at UGA 2 years in a row is an issue any way you slice it.....if UGA is on the verge of being an elite program and competing for national titles. If we are in the business of finishing second in the SEC East most years and going to the Peach Bowl or the Outback Bowl then Bennett starting 2 years is not an issue.....

Remind me again, Tom Brady got drafted into the NFL in what round? And how many teams are kicking themselves for passing him over how many times?

By your "logic" Brady isn't even a backup to a backup in the NFL. Heck he's probably grateful he's on the Falcons practice squad by your "logic" or "analysis" or whatever you call it.
