No luck yet hearing some just can't get them to come in
I’ve had 3 in range. Just didn’t shoot one. He came in and started fighting jakes. Jakes ran him off. I had a 45 yds shot. Should of took it.
Took grandson. Had several gobbling as we parked truck. Got out to locate. They where right there. They walked off before he could shoot. They left gobbling going in a direction. Gave it a few minutes when after. Did a locate call. No gobble. Walked 30 yards did it again. They ran right in on us. Grandson couldn’t get a shot. We where not ready.
I’m in Arizona til in the morning then head back. Hope to hunt a few days again.

well i came close 2 times yesterday they just wouldnt come any closer than 60 yds or so
