Just secured a 10-year lease on 1,200 acres with furnished 2BR cabin and 3 ponds near Brantley, AL. Limited to 6 members max. Cabin overlooks a 15-acre pond with a dock and covered 24' x 24' covered pavilion over the water.
The farm is an ideal getaway retreat for hunting and fishing. Good deer and turkey population. Land cover is mostly mature pines and hardwood drainages. Has roughly 10 acres in food plots and some stands in place already. Good road system. $4500/person if we provide turnkey including food plots, stands, tractor work.
