They do it every year here and will open them back up about 2 weeks before turkey season. I think it has something to do with road maintenance and the ground freezing and thawing so much with traffic.

not unusual when we have had this much rain and the ground is not able to take the traffic

I got a camera to get on NF that is a really long walk now with the gate closed. I guess I'll hog hunt in and out.
