I totally agree! A president can't just issue a mandate and expect it to work like he's waving a magic wand or something. Granted mandates can work with very simple things, but anything involving plenty of levels of economics/commerce/logistics/all of the above? Forget it buddy - stay in your lane!

I wonder if its quieter. It says electric motors instead of hydraulics. The thing i noticed on some electric stuff is that the pumps are insanely loud. Just a loud constant whine. Maybe this fixes that.
