OK, let me try this again, on the Georgia DNR site the following information is provided (links supplied).

http://georgiawildlife.dnr.state.ga.us/content/displaycontent.asp?txtDocument=279&txtPage=2<!--StartFragment -->
"In Hancock, Harris, Meriwether, Montgomery, Randolph, Talbot, and Troup counties, only antlered bucks with at least 4 points on either side are legal".

http://georgiawildlife.dnr.state.ga.us/assets/documents/Northern_Zone_ES_WebMap.pdf

"Antler restrictions in Hancock, Meriwether and Troup Counties: ONLY bucks with at least four points (one inch or longer) on one side of the antlers are legal."

My question, is it 4 points on either side or one side? :confused: :confused:

Perhaps I'm thinking it may mean either = both

Four points on one side, or the other. Either one.
