2024 Bow Buck

Please pray for the many affected by the storms. Those of us who weren’t touched are very fortunate. It’s really really bad for so many.


I’m very grateful for this deer. Love finding and bow huntin’ mature deer - 3rd year or so and a list of run-ins with this one. Had a bit of an awkward shot from the saddle, but it kept me hidden enough to swing out and shoot - it was just a subpar shot on my part. Thankfully the VAP TKO/G5 megameat opened him up and drained him quickly. I couldn’t believe how much blood there was and that he didn’t go 50yds on that shot. I hope they never quit making those heads! All my buddies are dawg fans and wouldn’t come help me load him Go Noles >———>

Ever seen this on horns before? It’s as if they didn’t dry out completely - it’s a very weird pinkish purple tone. Killed many and have never seen this before. Pics make it hard to see.
