Sorry haven't ... but Hodgdon data shows a bunch for those ...seems Ramshot Hunter bumps along about 3600 fps(depends on barrel length)...

Load 80 grain ....RL17, IMR 4350 , Hunter ....and all those about this burn rate range would work well ...

Every rifle is different.... so you gonna need just work up a load that works in your rifle...

the newest Hornady manual suggests that several powders performed well, especially V N140, IMR4064 and V N160 and those ran that bullet as high as 3300 fps. The highest velocities came from IMR4831, H4350 and W760 at 3400 fps with that bullet.

Their test rifle was a Winchester 70 with a 24" barrel

Being cold and staying inside ...I ran some numbers on GRT ...

.243 Win 22" barrel Max allowed Pressure 60,191 PSI, Case volume 53.60 grains, 70 degrees.... Hornady 75 grain V-Max ... Maximum Pressure for load noted ...
These are software generated loads that may be over pressure in Your rifle ... and are for information only ...you must work up the loads by starting 10% below and working upwards ...

Ramshot Hunter 48.20 grains, 3357 fps,, 59,833 psi, Load 101.1%Burn95.8%

Reloder 17 46.55 grains, 3359 fps, 59.245 psi, Load 92.3%, Burn 100%

Accurate 4350 46.0 grains, 3290 fps, 59,853 psi, Load 98.6% Burn 97.2%

IMR 4350 45.8 grains, 3278 fps, 59.361 psi, Load 97.1%, Burn 100%

H4350 45.8 grains , 3317 fps, 59,460 psi Load 91.2% , Burn 96%

H4895 40.4 grains, 3307 fps, 59,469 psi, 82.7 Load,, Burn 100%

IMR 4064 41 grains, 3246 fps, 59,895 psi, Load 86.7 %, Burn 100%

Win 760 46.6 grains 3318 fps, 59,394 psi, Load 94.7%, Burn 96.8%

Vihtavuori N140 42 grains 3217 fps, 59,908 psi, Load 84.6% Burn 100%

Vihtavuori N160 48.2 grains 3278 fps, 59,774 psi, Load 103.3% Burn 94.9%

Hopefully this will give you more insight ... just make sure to use approved Data ..
