256 win. mag

Does anyone here have a 256 win mag?

I had a 10 inch octagon barrel for a Contender. Very loud and was a flame thrower with factory Winchester loads. It shot pretty well but didn’t keep it too long. Would love to have one in a Ruger Hawkeye though

A 256 is a 357 case necked down to .256 I believe. I got this box of ammo in a trade or bought somewhere I don't remember, I found it in the safe the other day and don't need it. A 264 is a bad dude as well!

I have Boxes of 225 nos brass cases and a new 225 boolit mould and have no idea where to find a rifle for them.
i thought the mould was for .223 but its much smaller.
Im confused with this.
