The SPLOST has to be spent exactly as it was presented to the voters.
Example. If it were approved for Road improvements it can’t be spent on facility improvements, etc.

I was wondering why the city manager slippped up and said we have to pay splosh funds back in this years budget.

Yep, it was the female because the male came by and seemed confused. He sat there on the nest looking like he knew something was wrong then flew off.

As I was still standing there looking out of the window 2 more small birds came in hovering around the fern and all of a sudden he swooped in and ran them off.

Stopped in one for my first time once, and to this day it remains my last.

Not a fan and MizT told me in a phone call while she was in Florida with friend that they stopped in one and she said that was her last visit. Said it was crawling with people.
