We are screening to fill a rare opening in this phenomenal lease. The farm is located near Petrey, AL. I started this lease 25 years ago and have intensively managed it for trophy bucks and trophy bass. It offers hunting and/or fishing fun 12 months a year. Excellent deer and turkey hunting. Deer season runs to mid February and rut peak is first week in Feb. Great fishing in three connected lakes totaling 40 acres. Lakes are stocked with bass, bream and crappie. The lakes regularly produce bass over 10 pounds including two over 13 pounds recently.

Limited to 16 total members at $4,200 per member. Dues cover hunting rights, insurance, fall food plots, mineral sites, and feeders operated Sep-Feb. Each member is allowed 2 bucks, 6 does, 2 gobblers plus generous limits on fish. A shooter buck is to be 4.5 years or older. Camp headquarters is a 2-acre concrete pad overlooking the lakes. Members set up a camper/RV and service meter. Land is a mix of natural pine-hardwoods, river bottom hardwoods, 200 acres in flooded beaver ponds, 1st thinned pines, 2nd thinned pines, young planted pines, and over 100 acres in CRP fields. Prime deer and turkey habitat. Trail cam pics from this past season are posted at https://flickr.com/photos/25817716@N02/sets/72157672876171991

We have 1 opening in that particular property. One of our longest tenured members is 84 and has to drop out due to health issues. PM me for details.

I put my name out last year for this club when it was offered. Was told when I got back from Afghanistan in August that they didn't want me coming in "late" and not having an opportunity to scout.... My guess is they sold it out to someone else, AFTER I agreed to pay for a spot...
Good luck.

Our members felt it was best to wait until Spring 2022 rather than bring in a new member right before archery season opened. We have a great group of like minded men of high integrity. We don't just sell a member slot. We screen to fit the right people together on a given piece of property. Good chemistry and no drama. We may go overboard but it is important to find that balance.
