6200 acres $800 per person 12 months deer ....
$1000 12 months deer turkey hog

we have approx 40 stands ready to hunt ladder, towers, up to 3 man shoot houses

food plots are mowed and plowed ready to plant on next rain

walk in cooler
processing station
good road system

3 miles of river bottoms

currently approx 25 members adding about 10 more to cover planting cost
average 12 active members

we have 100 rv sites for rent with power water and sewer monthly or yearly
resturant on site

average 130 class buck

managed on a 14 inch outside spread 8 pt or better state rule on both bucks

penalty for smaller bucks

I do have 250 acres for rent if you like $15 per acre

you may come anytime to view the property I can take you on a tour
I also have a hunt manager who scouts every day and informs the members where the best chances are

you may also install 2 stands per person if you like

Do you have a peg in system or do members get to "claim" areas? what about limits on does? Does membership include all of family? What is the guest policy? Do you allow hunting for hogs year round? How often does the property get trespassed?

Hey Guys just got back to this we have ben have the best season ever here at Durhamtown 30 members have take 23 trophy bucks so far

largest this year is a 146 class buck

we are adding approx 10 members to our member program due to lack of hunting pressure average on a weekend is 6-10 hunters on 6500 acres only one this past weekend

the members are seeing many bucks and will not take the doe's

we are offering a guest package for $75 per day to come harvest a doe 1/day the guest fee can be applied to a yearly membership we need to harvest approx 40 doe

stands are in place 1-3 person shoot houses , tripods, ladder stands set up on food plots we maintain and minerals

this is a great way to see the property before you join

we do have a map with peg system you can hunt our 50 stands or two of your own guest fee is $50 per day and a trophy fee $200 if trophy taken we do have hofs 3.5 miles of river bottoms

$175 for a guided hog hunt we only do 5 per year

some duck on the property woodies only river swamps

we just burned 700 acres this will be the prime hunt area next year
