Big7 hears how I do it: Quick fry your pork then take it out, then fry some bacon till it's done, then put cut up collards in the bacon and bacon grease with some chicken broth and water to keep it juicy then put your pork in the mix and cook around 2 hours on medium . add some brown sugar ans salt and pepper to taste. I put a little red pepper in for a spike!!! Happy cookingLooks good from here !!
