It’s been one of those summers... I’ve been building an addition on the house, then put a new roof on so my fishing hasn’t been happening. I’ve been living vicariously through some threads posted by friends and future friends. I slipped out late Saturday afternoon for two hours and Sunday afternoon for three hours for quick trips high on the mountain. No eloquent stories this weekend, just a ton of specks and rainbows. Unfortunately, my photobucket acct is doing something wonky so I’m just gonna post my first fish of the day from Sunday, a magnificent 11” speck. It’s been over a decade since I’ve caught one bigger, and trout fishing is what I do.
