Alfalfa winter kill

I planted some 505 alfalfa about 3 weeks ago.... Late, I know, but lack of rain forced me to plant a couple weeks later than intended. The plants are only a couple of inches tall right now. I'm wondering if this cold weather coming will kill them off before they truly get established? They have a LIGHT nurse crop of oats mixed in.

The 505 has a fall dormancy rating of 5 , but is mid to low 30s too much for a 3 week old?

Probably be fine.It takes some long below freezing temps dropping the soil temp to freeze off oats.
