Swai??? New one on me but it looks delicious .I breaded and fried some swai fish fillets and had store bought tater salad and jalapeno hushpuppies to go with it.

If you order "southern" white fish at Captain D's, that's what you get depending on your geographic location.
It's an awesome and very versatile fish.
When it was "cheap", I kept my freezer full of it.
It was actually cheaper than store bought bait.
Supposedly, I can resume my "normal" activities around the end of December.
Won't be buying much fish or meat after that.
