Anyone Seeing Rabbit Kits Yet?

I did see my first Rabbit Kit of the year while riding my bike today.

Prolly 4 weeks old.

Hope we have plenty of rabbits this year.
I know some good places to set some boxes inside the city limit + I don't know anyone with dogs any more.

Amazing how "hunting buddies" and "friends" never come around after you sell your farm. But that's OK.

My dog found at least two this evening. She killed one before I could stop her. The other one got away. They were big enough to run.

House cats kill the majority of them. Hawks owls and coyotes and rattle snakes get em too. Cats the worse tho.

We have kits doing the love chase this evening. And we have a pair of fox with 5 kits here. Hopefully they get the chipmunks under control instead of the rabbits.

Been seeing baby rabbits here for nearly a month now.

Way too many snakes, hawks, and owls around here to see many. We always have one or two make it though and we'll see them later in the summer.

Don’t know if this will show up good or not, but had this grey fox with what looks like a baby/young rabbit a few weeks ago
