The great thing about art is what one person sees, another may not. For example, I see someone so desperate to survive something that 98% (or better) of healthy people survive that they'd be willing to do anything ( or many things, no matter how unjustified or absurd) just because someone said they should.

Many people have been asking me "What does it mean? Is it pro vax or anti vax?" I give them my standard "What does it mean to you?" My wife thinks it's weird and doesn't like it. She's the one been trying to get me to make art again.
