I don’t use the LT but do use a thor hd 4.5-18. I have seen a lot of reviews on them. Some are awesome, some not so awesome. It’s a bare bones thermal without video or photo capabilities. Identifying animals, especially smaller ones, may be a challenge but I would bet it would make a good hog thermal. Is anyone using the ATN Thor LT 4X8 thermal scope, if so how is it working for you?

I agree. Pulsar is the way to go.I'm currently using the ATN Thor LT 4-8X. Mostly use it for coyotes and it would be great for hogs (you can get closer). I can see an animal at 400 yards, but it's not clear enough for identification. This scope is decent out to about 125 yards for shooting and animal IDs. Since this is my first thermal, I would say it's a good scope to learn about night thermal hunting. If you're already night hunting, enjoy it, and plan on doing plenty of it, then I'd say save up some more and get a decent Pulsar.
A little pricey but well worth the money. Thanks for your replyI agree. Pulsar is the way to go.
