Baiting sites not good for turkeys?

Preditors like to hunt where prey congregates. Move the prey and you will move the preditors.

Similarly but on a side note, rattle snakes like those spots for the mice they attract.

Bobcats been killing turkeys since time immemorial. It's what they do, and part of why turkeys exist to begin with is to feed bobcats and other predators, not just for humans to hunt.

Hard for a turkey to see a predator with it’s head in the feeder.

Baiting will always change the equation nature has intended. Like Nicodemus said...there's a reason predators hunt water holes.
