Found one at Wally World for $238. This is my first cross bow and not sure if this a good one to start with and if that’s a decent price.

I’ve never had one, but I know there are a lot of guys on CBN (Crossbow Nation) that really like them, and yes, that’s an excellent price on a new bow.

Sure seems affordsble. Barnett makes great Xbox’s for the every day guys!. Love my older Raptor FX2 (or 3, canr remember).

A scope upgrade would probably be a good idea. Invest in some arrows (if you just want hunting arrows Bloodsport Witness are a reasonable choice).
Establish a routine when you shoot and stick to it.

Great advice on the scope upgrade. I bought the Nikon Bolt (I think) for mine years ago. Just make sure the scope you get is rated for the shock.
