A buddy of mine is looking at 150acres to lease there. I believe 50 acres of it is farmland and the other is all hardwoods. Figured yall might know something about the area to help him make up his mind

Parts of the county are pretty good, other parts not so much. There are 10 of thousands of acres of flat woods that are featureless, little ag, and just so so hunting.

Isn't there a lot of dog hunting in that county....if there is big tracts around the 150 you might have dogs blazing thru it every day.

Walker dog can clear the 150 acres in a few minutes...just saying.

Pretty country. Not big deer but plenty of them. Altamaha is a good looking river
