Can't say from experience on your trolling motor, but I will offer this:
I found the best deal on an AGM battery, 55 amp hour, start/deep cycle was a Duracell brand at Sam's Club. I think they are actually made by East Penn battery company. I don't have a membership, but had a friend purchase it for me.

I have since replaced it with a 100 Amp Hour AGM, group 31 size, 65 lbs and the best deal I could find was to order online at Advance Auto with a coupon code. They were marketed under the DieHard brand, but mine came with the AutoCraft label. Same battery and specs, deep cycle. Pretty sure they are also made by East Penn.

I use it in my cargo trailer conversion to power the 12V circuits when camping off grid. I imagine it would be a bit heavy for your application, but you could get them in multiple sizes. AGM is absorbed glass mat, so it is spill proof, and more tolerant of getting knocked around, I think it is better in temps as well.
