Big woods and Big bucks!!

Hey guys, update on our 5404 acre lease in Lewis County Kentucky. The lease is just outside Vanceburg, Ky and a stones throw from the Ohio River.
Big ridges, Deep hollers and plenty of flat ground make up this awesome piece of property. There have been tons of Big Bucks killed on this and surrounding properties, a few pushing 200"!!
The turkey population is extremely good, if anyone is interested in Big Gobblers. We are going to cap the membership at 28 total members, the price will be $1200 per membership for the 2021-22 hunting season, the timber company jumped $2 an acre unexpectedly.

Good area for big deer.
Some of it is pretty rough but a good piece can be magic.
Can't beat the price either.

I was in this lease last year. VERY VERY VERY VERY remote with no cell signal....which was a welcomed change.

I aso can not say enough about how fine a fella Mr Bruce is. Honest with integrity.
